The need for meaning and fulfillment is, perhaps, the greatest need among elders.
We firmly believe caring for the health and personal care needs of our elders is important, and that making their lives meaningful and fulfilling is equally as important.
Our Engagement Team plan a daily calendar of activities focused on nurturing physical, social and spiritual well-being.
These activities are tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each family across our communities; and overall help to alleviate the plagues of loneliness, helplessness and boredom.

Meet Heather
Heather is our Senior Director of Elder Engagement, overseeing both our Engagement Directors and Engagement at The Homestead. Previously serving as the Director of Community Engagement at The Homestead since 2020, Heather’s dedication to RPH elders, families, and staff, along with her years of experience as part of our team, have made her a valued leader within our organization.
Meet Danielle
Danielle is our Director of Community Engagement at Cottage Grove. She is our newest member of the team but brings eight years of experience in senior living. Danielle is passionate about creating meaningful moments for our elders each day.
Meet Greg
Greg is the Director of Community Engagement at Creekstone. As a Board Certified Music Therapist, he shared his talents across our three communities as a music therapist before officially joining the RPH team.
Greg received our 2026 Nancy O’Hara-Kraft Distinguished Service Award*.
*This award recognizes those who reflect the kindness, purpose, and selfless care that defined Nancy's life. These virtues are at the heart of our Eden Alternative community, where meaningful relationships, dignity, and joyful living guide the way we serve our elders.
We're looking for a Transportation & Engagement Guide to join the RPH team! If you're passionate about making a difference, enjoy connecting with older adults, and want to help create meaningful experiences while providing safe transportation, we'd love to hear from you. Activity Highlights
Family and friends are always welcome and strongly encouraged to visit their loved ones, participate in activities, and join in community events.
Our Engagement Team thoughtfully curates a diverse range of activities designed to enrich daily life—from arts and crafts and group outings, to clubs, games, trivia, fitness, dancing, puzzles, movies, and educational and spiritual programs. Each experience is created to stimulate the mind, nurture the soul, and support overall well-being.
