H.U.G Program for Families
At RPH, we believe our community’s heart is made up of the families and residents who call it home. Most of our new residents have come to us through reviews and referrals from friends and families like yours, so we created a new program to say THANK YOU and recognize those who help us grow.
Our H.U.G. Program (Help Us Grow) currently offers two options for families to participate: referrals and reviews. If you have any ideas or recommendations for new opportunities, please email us at info@rph.org.
Referrals
Families who refer a new resident to RPH will receive $250 Amazon gift card for each completed move-in. There is no cap on the number of referrals, and this program is open to families of both current and past residents. In order to refer, the prospective family just has to tell us the name of the person who referred them during the initial point of contact. The gift card can be mailed directly, or picked up in person, within 30 days of the new resident moving in.
Google Reviews
Share your honest experience with us in an online review and you’ll be entered into our monthly thank-you raffle. We appreciate all feedback—good or bad—as it helps us improve and grow!
This program is open to current and past friends, families and staff of RPH. To participate, a review must be posted on Google and remain active (i.e., not removed or flagged) to be eligible for the drawing. Each month, all participants who post a review will be automatically entered into a gift card drawing. The random winner will receive a $25 Amazon gift card (available for pick up or delivery). The drawing will be held on the last business day of each month.
If a participant does not win the gift card in a given month, their name will remain in the drawing pool for all subsequent months to ensure that they are continuously eligible for future drawings. Their name/review will remain in the drawing pool for as long as their review remains active on Google. If the review is removed or flagged, they will no longer be eligible for that month’s drawing, and their name will be removed from the pool.
