On October 10, 1925, Helen Niven, aged 83, officially donated two acres and her family’s 12-room farmhouse so that seven individuals could reside at Rochester Presbyterian Home for two years until the construction of the North Hall building was completed. As part of the 100th Anniversary Celebrations, RPH is hosting “A Century of Service – RPH’s 100th Anniversary Casino Extravaganza on October 10, 2025 to
mark this important milestone.
The Celebratory Fundraiser will feature a 1920’s Speakeasy, 1950’s Soda Fountain, music from the Rock n Roll 1950’s, Hippie 60’s, Disco 70’s and MTV 80’s along with some fun activities using the Technology of the 2000’s. Entertainment will be provided by Upstate Vegas Events who will provide (fantasy) gaming tables where patrons will test their luck and turn their gaming chips into raffle tickets for fabulous prizes. Please come out to enjoy this evening of food, music and fun and support RPH’s fundraising efforts. The proceeds from the event will support the next 100 years at RPH!
