Assisted Living Residence (North Hall):
$2,225 per month
$73.15 per day
Dementia Care Community (South Hall 2nd & 3rd floors):
(for residents with early-stage dementia)
$3,495 per month
$111.55 per day
Dementia Care Community (South Hall 4th floor):
(a secure unit for residents with moderate dementia who require more intensive assistance)
$4,086 per month
$130.42 per day
Respite Care:
$150 per day
*A negotiated/low-income rate may be available based on need and occupancy.
Fees include:
- Private Room
- Three meals a day and snacks
- Nursing care & medication management
- Personal Care
- Housekeeping
- Laundry Service
- Social Work services
- Recreation programs
- Pastoral care services
Other Services available but not included in the monthly fee:
Medical care: Coverage through Highland Hospital is an option that is covered by health insurance. Residents may elect to keep their own physicians.
Audiology, podiatry, dental care, x-ray, and lab tests are all provided on site: insurance and resident are billed directly.
Pharmacy: Highland Apothecary provides prescription medications and residents are billed directly.
Resident Banking: Residents may set up a personal account to cover expenditures for such services as the Beauty Shop, Country Store, and personal outings.
Companion services: Residents are billed monthly.
Beauty Shop/Country Store: Residents may set up a house account.
